Assist in maintaining and organizing office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Monitor attendance and leave records and report discrepancies.
Assist in recruitment by posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding process, including documentation and employee setup.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employee certificates.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave information.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Test RealHRsoft system features and workflows to identify errors or usability issues.
Provide feedback to HR or Product teams on system improvements.
Assist and contribute in drafting HR Related content for LinkedIn, website updates, and employer branding activities to enhance RealHRsoft's market presence
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply
